Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks an attorney with 5+ years of experience, heavily concentrated in health care law. Qualified candidates will have prior law firm experience, strong communication skills, excellent research and writing skills, and a commitment to providing high quality legal services to clients. Knowledge of health care laws and regulations including an understanding of federal and state fraud and abuse and self-referral laws, corporate practice of medicine, healthcare licensing laws, Medicare and Medicaid, HIPAA, and other areas is required. Corporate transactional and compliance expertise is a plus. A portable book of business is preferred. CA license is required.
