Kilpatrick Townsend’s Global Sourcing and Technology Team is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of experience working in a large law firm for either its Atlanta or Dallas office. The team prefers for the candidate to have experience with commercial transactions, including outsourcing, licensing and joint ventures. However, the team would be willing to train someone who has a M&A/general corporate background. All applicants should have superior academic credentials (top 10% of law class).
