Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience with healthcare commercial agreements and transactions as well as a strong background in health care laws and regulations including the federal Anti-kickback Statute and the False Claims Act, Stark, HIPAA, billing and reimbursement, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and compliance.
