Description
We are looking for experienced patent litigation associates for our Boston office as we continue to grow our high tech focused practice.
Responsibilities
Preparation and trial of significant patent matters; prepare and manage discovery; work with experts; conduct and defend depositions; draft pleadings, motions, markman and pretrial briefing; undertake technical analysis of products and patents.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have 4 to 5 years of patent litigation experience and a strong educational background, including a JD from a top-tier law school and a B.S. or equivalent degree in electrical engineering or similar discipline (e.g., computer science). Candidates must be detail oriented and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Admission to the MA bar (or ability to sit for it) is required. USPTO admission is preferred but not required.
