Position:

Brown Rudnick is seeking a highly qualified mid-level (3rd – 6th year) associate to join the Corporate group in its New York, NY, Washington, DC, or Orange County, CA offices. Candidates must have experience working directly with clients and managing substantial components of a broad range of corporate and transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, securities and fund formations.

Work includes representation of private equity investors, portfolio companies of private equity funds, hedge funds and both public and private companies. Position offers career growth potential and the opportunity to lead transactions.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience preferred.
