Robinson & Cole LLP’s Public Finance Group seeks an Associate to join its public and corporate finance practice in the firm’s Hartford, CT office. Candidates should have two to five years of legal experience. Experience representing state and municipal governments in the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable bonds and other debt obligations as bond counsel is preferred, including general obligation bonds and notes, revenue bonds, and lease financings. Candidates with experience drafting authorizations, indentures, real estate documents, and official statements for bond issues is a plus. Admission to the Connecticut bar is required. Top academic and transactional credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills are also required.
