Hodgson Russ LLP is seeking an attorney with 7+ years of health care, FDA, and regulatory compliance experience to join our growing Health Law Practice Group.

The successful candidate will have experience advising clients on a wide range of FDA compliance matters, including:

domestic and foreign regulatory compliance matters, including import and export issues.
FDA inspections
regulatory submissions for product approvals to collaborative agreements for research, supply, and distribution
product labeling
structuring financing arrangements
navigating multiple regulatory agencies
clinical trial compliance
professional and entity licensure
