Choate is currently seeking an Associate with three to five years of experience and a background in corporate and transactional work, with a particular emphasis on representing private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies in mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity investment transactions. Ideal candidates also possess excellent professional judgment and strong motivation to provide exceptional client service. Large firm experience preferred.
