Choate is seeking an attorney with six to eight years of experience in labor and employment, with particular emphasis on employment counseling and litigation. Experience handling investigations into workplace misconduct and/or whistleblower claims preferable. Also seeking candidate with experience litigating disputes arising out of non-competition or non-solicitation agreements. Seeking a candidate who is highly motivated and able to handle single plaintiff cases with minimal supervision.
