Join Michael Best & Friedrich LLP as we grow our already successful Madison, WI office with the addition of a Real Estate Associate in our Transactional Practice Group. We are seeking an attorney with 4 or more years of real estate or related transactional law experience. Applicants should possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of real estate and/or a background in accounting or finance is ideal, but not required. Representative experience would include:

Real estate acquisitions and dispositions

Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and closing documents

Real estate financing transactions

Commercial lease transactions

Zoning, land use, and condominiums
