We are seeking an attorney with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our tax practice with a focus on tax credits, including low income housing tax credits, renewable energy credits, new markets tax credits, and historic tax credits. Applicants should have a background in general federal income tax issues and should be experienced in transactional tax credit work. Strong analytical writing skills and exceptional speaking and interpersonal skills that evidence an ability to function smoothly in a team environment and to work well with outside counsel are required. Superior academic credentials from a top ranked law school and full-time law firm experience are required.
