Our Washington, D.C. office is seeking third-to-fourth year associate to assist with complex insurance coverage matters on behalf of corporate policyholders. Candidates should be generally familiar with first- and third-party property and casualty insurance policies (including CGL, errors & omission, and directors’ and officers’ policies) and understand basic coverage concepts (such as occurrence, trigger, and allocation). Excellent analytic and writing skills a must. Candidate should also be willing to assist in other litigation practice areas as needed.
