The Energy & Environmental Group is seeking an associate with three to seven years of corporate and/or energy transactional experience. Candidates should have excellent corporate skills, M&A and project development experience. Energy transactional experience is ideal, but not required. Must be confident, able to assume responsibility for matters early in career and able to handle multiple and large transactions. Candidates should have excellent academic records, strong drafting and communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
