Thompson Coburn is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate with 2-6 years of experience in patent prosecution. Applicants must have a background in electrical engineering or computer science as well as exceptional academic achievement and strong writing skills, and must be licensed to practice before the USPTO. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications addressing computer software and hardware technology and must be open to supporting litigation. Some litigation experience is a plus. This position is not open to candidates from recruiting agencies
