Seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to work in a dynamic law firm with a tax practice that includes domestic and international, federal and state elements. The associate will work primarily on business structuring and transactional matters, but also will assist in tax controversies, including federal and state tax litigation, and in representation of tax-exempt entities. In addition to billable work, the associate will assist in developing articles and presentations on various new tax developments.

The ideal candidate will have prior law firm experience, including working with both corporate and partnership structures, international tax issues, federal and state tax litigation, and with tax-exempt entities, and excellent research and writing skills. Government experience is helpful but not required.
