Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP is currently seeking a mid-level corporate and securities transactional associate for its Baltimore office.

Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have outstanding academic credentials and four to six years of corporate and transactional experience (other than real estate) in a large regional or national law firm, including significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, financings, licensing, commercial sales, and corporate governance. The position will involve the preparation and review of contracts and other transaction documents, managing facets of transactions and assisting in the closings of transactions, and general corporate formation and advising.
