Job Description:

Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP seeks a highly qualified senior associate attorney to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in the Baltimore office.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials, as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills with mid-to-large law firm experience. Candidates will have five to seven years of experience in antitrust issues, financial services, broker-dealer and registered investment advisor compliance and enforcement, and complex class action litigation. General business understanding of leases, employment agreements, profit and loss issues will be helpful.

Candidates not licensed in Maryland must be willing to take the next available Maryland bar exam and move to Maryland.
