Chapman and Cutler LLP is looking for a mid-level Associate Attorney to join the Corporate Finance department in our San Francisco office. The successful candidate must have 3-5 years of transactional experience (preferably finance focused) and will be comfortable working in a team, as well as independently managing substantial components of transactions, which will include the following:

• Representing insurance companies, banks, leasing companies, finance companies and other financial institutions in a wide variety of private placement, lending, equipment finance and leasing
• Familiarity with transactions ranging from single lender unsecured loans to complicated multi-party secured transactions
• Experience with domestic and cross-border private placements

The successful candidate will be a member of the State Bar of California.
