Chapman and Cutler LLP is seeking to hire a mid-level Associate Attorney to join the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group in our Banking and Financial Services Department in Chicago. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience advising banks, investment advisors, and other financial institutions with respect to out-of-court restructurings and complex bankruptcy proceedings.

The ability to simultaneously negotiate and handle multiple priorities and transactions is essential. The ideal candidate also will have strong interpersonal, research and writing skills as well as stellar academic credentials.
