Job Description:

Cooley LLP has an opportunity available to work with the securities litigation and enforcement practice group in our Washington, DC office. Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the area of securities litigation, commercial litigation, and/or regulatory enforcement. Qualified candidates must have a high level of motivation and initiative, and strong work ethic, as well as strong academic credentials. Federal court clerkship experience preferred.
