Morris, Manning & Martin’s Real Estate Finance Group has an immediate opening for an entry level associate in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will possess top academic credentials (top 25% of class, law review/journal experience) and strong writing and analytical skill. Any experience representing portfolio, CMBS and life company lenders in real estate finance transactions would be helpful. Also, any experience reviewing title and survey, drafting loan documents and reviewing diligence is required.
