Our burgeoning Construction Practice Group located in the firm’s Buckhead office, has an immediate opening for a full-time construction law associate. The ideal candidate will possess top academic credentials (top 25% of class from a first tier law school), strong legal research, writing and analytical skills and 2-5 years of experience in all facets of construction law with a particular focus on drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts, counseling clients and litigating construction claims.

Membership with the Georgia Bar and prior experience in a large law firm is strongly preferred. Construction Litigation experience is also a plus.
