The Houston office of Blank Rome LLP is seeking a highly motivated Patent Agent or Patent Associate with an Electrical Engineering Degree and 1-3 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience to join its IP & Technology practice group. Experience preparing and prosecuting software inventions is a plus. The position may also involve some litigation support. Both Patent Agent and Associate candidates are required to be licensed to practice with the US Patent & Trademark Office and should have outstanding academic and professional credentials.
