An immediate opportunity is available for a Public Finance Associate in the Denver, CO office. Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in public, municipal, or commercial finance. Job responsibilities include serving as bond counsel, representing lenders, borrowers, and underwriters in a wide range of financial transactions, managing all levels of transactions through to closing, developing best practices, and utilizing all available resources to resolve legal issues and counsel clients. If you have strong general corporate, tax, or transactional experience and are interested in transitioning to public finance, we also encourage you to apply.

All candidates should have a strong academic background, possess excellent communication skills, and be detailed oriented. Preference will be given to candidates licensed to practice in Colorado, but out of state candidates with ties to Colorado who are either willing to sit for the Colorado bar or eligible for admission in Colorado will be considered.
