Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Corporate, M&A and Securities Associate with 4-6 years of experience. We are open to having this candidate sit in either our Philadelphia or New York Office. Candidates are required to have broad-based experience in the mergers and acquisitions area. Securities law knowledge is a plus, but not required. This associate will support our business transactional practice groups, but primarily our M&A and Private Equity Group. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players and have outstanding professional credentials.
