The Philadelphia Office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Transactional Practice Attorney with significant experience in M&A compliance. Candidates must have in-depth experience handling all aspects of corporate and regulatory compliance, including regulatory, securities and other filings. Candidates must also have substantial familiarity with all regulatory rules in connection with mergers and acquisitions, credit amendments and other debt obligations. The attorney in this position will have the opportunity to be part of a significant client relationship and help grow that client for the Firm.
