Junior to mid-level attorney for our telecommunications practice, which is focused on satellite, Internet, wireless and international matters. Duties to include legal research, writing, and counseling of clients on legal, commercial and technology matters arising in the telecom and Internet industries; merger approval; satellite licensing and regulation; net neutrality and open Internet issues; the statutory satellite copyright licenses; programming disputes; terrestrial spectrum licensing; electronic surveillance law and cybersecurity and; privacy and data protection.

Minimum requirements:

J.D. or equivalent, DC bar or membership eligibility, and 1 to 3 years of telecommunications legal experience with an agency or law firm.
