Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a corporate associate to join the Princeton, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of general corporate/business experience. Experience drafting agreements, analyzing issues associated with privately-held and public entities and handling various transactional and business planning matters preferred. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required. Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey. Large law firm experience preferred.
