The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Media, Intellectual Property, and anti-SLAPP law. Must also have experience handling copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret disputes. Business counseling for patent and trademark licensing a plus. Large law firm experience preferred. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required.
