Husch Blackwell, a full service law firm, has an immediate opening in its Denver office for a Real Estate Associate with a minimum of one year of real estate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate finance, LLC operating agreements, and purchase/sale transactions. The candidate must have drive, resiliency, a strong academic record, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have a Colorado bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
