The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of experience with all aspects of labor-management relations law, including NLRB practice (NLRB employment a plus), negotiations, arbitrations, and related judicial proceedings. This position will reside in either New York, New Jersey, or southeastern Pennsylvania.
