The Los Angeles (Century City) office of Fox Rothschild, LLP seeks an experienced attorney with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of large law firm corporate, securities, finance and real estate experience. The successful candidate will be able to lead complex legal matters and projects independently. Corporate projects include a broad range of securities transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and other types of securities, municipal securities, mezzanine loans and mergers and acquisitions (consumer branding preferred). Real estate projects include acquisitions and dispositions of a range of property classes and commercial leasing. Superior academic record and excellent writing skills required.
