Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Mid-level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate in its Princeton, Philadelphia or New York Office. Chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering or pharmacy backgrounds are preferred. Candidates should have both patent prosecution and patent litigation experience, including ANDA litigation experience. Candidates should be licensed to practice in New Jersey, with admission in New York and/or Pennsylvania a plus. Candidates should have outstanding academic and professional credentials.
