Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is seeking an employee benefits and executive compensation associate or counsel for our Chicago office, with at least 5 years of experience, to join a dynamic, nationwide Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice. The ideal candidate will have (i) several years’ experience in a large law firm environment advising sophisticated clients on a full range of employee benefit and executive compensation matters (including employment arrangements and Code Section 409A), (ii) solid welfare benefits experience, including with respect to ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc., (iii) experience with plan administration and design and handling of fiduciary and ERISA Title I matters, and (iv) an established track record of representing clients on benefits and compensation issues in transactional and investment fund settings. This position is an excellent growth opportunity for a person having strong communications skills and who desires substantial client contact.
