The Washington office is seeking a junior associate for the Telecommunications, Internet, and Media Practice Group.

Our group stands at the forefront of developments in these dynamic industries. Especially where law, technology, and the marketplace are unsettled, we provide strategic counsel and find innovative ways to help our clients achieve their goals. We are a collegial team of about 20 lawyers, who draw on the resources of the larger firm as needed. Qualified candidates for this position must have at least one year of experience (at the FCC or in private practice) with FCC rules and procedures, advocacy in FCC proceedings, and compliance with the FCC's rules. All applicants must have excellent academic credentials, writing skills, and references.

Candidates must currently be licensed to practice law, or currently eligible to become licensed to practice, in Washington, DC.
