Arnold & Porter is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join our dynamic and growing technology and IP transactions practice in our San Francisco office. Qualified candidates for this position must have a minimum of two years of transactional experience that includes drafting and negotiating licensing, professional services, development, distribution, advertising, or similar agreements for software, hardware, social media, gaming, or other technology, entertainment, or consumer products companies. A technical background, and familiarity with advertising and privacy laws, are beneficial, but not required.
