Duane Morris LLP seeks an associate to join its growing construction practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience drafting and negotiating design and construction agreements on behalf of owners and contractors on complex development projects in New York City, along with knowledge or understanding of insurance, bonding, risk mitigation, and lien law issues. The position may involve construction litigation as well. Stellar academics and superior writing skills along with New York bar admission are required.
