Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a mid-level commercial finance associate to join its strong and growing Corporate Practice Group, recognized by Chambers USA as one of the best in Illinois. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of solid and meaningful experience in the areas of acquisition financing, agented syndicated secured financings, intercreditor and subordination agreements, and Article 9 of the UCC. The candidate should have strong drafting and negotiating skills, a desire for client contact and doing deals, and an outgoing and personable personality. A strong academic background is required as well as meaningful law firm experience on sophisticated transactional matters. Illinois bar admission is strongly preferred.
