Vorys seeks an on track associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lending for its Commercial Group located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position primarily involves representation of commercial lenders (typically national and regional banks with significant operations in the Midwest) in commercial loan transactions, modifications, work-outs and restructurings. Although the position is in the firm's Cincinnati office, the group works on transactions throughout the country.
