3-5 years of experience in patent prosecution practice. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background and substantial industry experience in the area of Electrical Engineering. Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Excellent writing and academic credentials required. Applicants must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent Office. Position will also include opportunities to work with our fast-paced IP litigation group. Litigation experience not required.
