The San Diego/Del Mar office of Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an Associate to join its pre-eminent, national Intellectual Property Department in the IP Litigation Practice. Our ideal candidate will be a 2009 to 2012 graduate of a top law school, holding a degree in Mechanical, Biomedical or a related field, and will have both patent prosecution skills and an interest in developing patent litigation skills. The candidate preferably has experience with one or more of medical device, medical electronics, communications systems and networks, wireless systems, optical systems, Internet and other technologies. Excellent academic credentials, writing, and communication skills are required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the California Bar.
