Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a sophisticated , Of Counsel or partner level lawyer to join the Litigation Department, Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in our Orlando office. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various areas of complex, commercial litigation, including but not limited to: employment litigation, construction litigation, deceptive and unfair competition / non-competes, business ownership / management disputes, contract disputes, insurance dispute resolution matters, health law litigations, mediations and arbitrations, and IP trademark infringement cases, among others. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated lawyer with significant client contacts, who has demonstrated an ability to compete and prosper in highly-competitive and complex environments, to assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Litigation Department. Top academics and experience are required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a J.D. from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.
