Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking full- or part-time staff attorneys to join our Labor & Employment department in the Chicago office. Successful candidates will have 3 or more years of increasingly responsible experience in employment, commercial or insurance litigation. Candidates should have familiarity with federal court practice, ERISA, and insurance law. Candidates should have extensive writing experience and the ability to handle a high-volume practice that includes file review, preparing case analysis memoranda, pleadings, attending routine court hearings, attending mediation or conciliation meetings, and negotiating settlement agreements.
