We are currently seeking an IP Litigation Associate with three to six years of experience in our NY office. A technical background and degree in Computer Science/software or a similar field is required. Candidates must be eligible to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Excellent academics as well as strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. IP Boutique experience welcomed.

Requirements

• Admitted to New York Bar
• 3-6 years of IP litigation experience
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science and Software or related field
• Eligible to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Excellent academic credentials
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability and willingness to manage and balance of variety of cases
