We are currently seeking a 2nd – 4th year business law associate in good standing with top-tier firm experience and superior academic credentials. Candidates should have experience working on deal teams and should have general familiarity (commensurate with their year) of corporate law. Candidates should have substantive experience with mergers and acquisitions; private equity and venture capital investments; leveraged buyouts as well as general corporate experience. The ideal candidate would draft and negotiate various transaction documents, including Securities Purchase Agreements.
