Shutts & Bowen's Tampa office is seeking an Environmental Law Partner to join its thriving office. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in areas including environmental due diligence, permitting, regulatory compliance; hazardous and solid waste regulation, wastewater treatment enforcement and permitting, land use and zoning matters, enforcement actions with local agencies, DEP, EPA and the Department of Justice; due diligence for real property acquisitions. This position will be resident in our Tampa office.
