The Finance group in Sheppard Mullin's San Francisco office is seeking a 3rd to 7th year lateral associate with significant experience in commercial and/or real estate lending. Experience with workouts is desirable. Proficiency in UCC issues and asset-based secured lending will be beneficial, as well as experience with real estate due diligence matters. Candidates already admitted in California are preferred, but we will consider associates re-locating to the Bay Area if planning to take the California bar exam in February 2014. Top grades from a leading law school are required.
