Job Description

We are seeking an associate with three to five years of experience in commercial real estate, with an emphasis on real estate finance. Our clients include major real estate developers and owners, pension fund advisors and large national and regional financial institutions. The real estate transactions cover all real estate asset classes and involve prominent real estate projects in Washington as well as nationally. The responsibilities will include preparation and negotiation of all types of real estate finance documents, development and joint venture agreements, and acquisition and sale documents and the closing of these transactions. Our practice is very active, growing and exciting. We are involved in high profile and cutting-edge transactions and we deal with some of the most sophisticated and well-known participants in the real estate industry.
