Candidate should have experience with a major law firm in complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private placements, and financings. Candidate should have strong oral communication skills, analytical and writing skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. A positive attitude and an ability to work with other team members and clients, and "take ownership" of projects, is essential.
