The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in many technological fields and industries identifying, documenting and protecting innovations, counseling clients on strategic development, acquisition, acceleration, and enforcement of intellectual property portfolios, patent application preparation and filing, reissue, reexamination, and appeals, policy-making, due diligence and opinion letters. Candidates must be a member of the Patent Bar.
